B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication

Students who pursue a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication have the chance to study a range of topics in the field of mass communication, including print, internet, web, and broadcast media. To produce media professionals who are on par with the media industry, the BA (JMC) program, which is spread over six semesters and lasts three years, offers practical instruction in reporting, writing, broadcasting, films, and critical thinking. The curriculum uses CBCS (Choice Based Credit System), which promotes an interdisciplinary approach and lets students select any course from a variety of departments. This makes it possible for students to get both a Major degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Minor degree in the subject of their choice.
